Getting started

  1. Add your pages. Drop images or PDFs anywhere on the page, choose Choose files, or paste from the clipboard. Phone photos come in the right way up.
  2. Put them in order. Drag a page by its handle, or select it and use Move earlier / Move later in the panel on the right.
  3. Fix any page that needs it. Select a page to rotate it, straighten it, scale it, crop it to the paper, or clean it up with a filter. See Arranging pages.
  4. Choose the paper. Page setup in the toolbar sets the paper size, orientation and margins for the whole PDF. See Page setup.
  5. Export. Export in the toolbar opens the options (title and filename, image quality, a size limit, searchable text, page numbers, a watermark and a password); Export PDF at the bottom saves the file. See Exporting.

Made a mistake? Undo (⌘Z or Ctrl+Z) steps back through everything, including removed pages.
